High-quality implants
for a solid bite
A solid bite is something that most people take for granted and is probably one of those things that you only learn to appreciate once you have lost it. It is a severe decrease in the quality of life.
A high-quality implant can provide the solution. An implant is an artificial tooth root for insertions of bridges and crowns when your own tooth or tooth structure is no longer available.
In our dental practice in Offenbach-Bieber we would like to take advantage of the innovative and modern developments in dentistry that have occurred in recent years to provide our patients with a better and more comprehensive service. In our practice, surgical measures for implantations are always carried out in a minimally invasive manner - that is, through a gentle procedure in which as much tooth structure, skin, bones or soft tissue is preserved as medically possible.
Our options
As part of the All-on-4® implantology therapy concept, missing teeth in the edentulous jaw are replaced by a bridge supported by just 4 implants. Only a few implants are required, which means that treatment time and costs can be minimized so that you can enjoy your firm bite again quickly and with a smile. In most patient cases, no additional bone augmentation is required because the All-on-4® implantology therapy concept offers sufficient stability.
This means you can enjoy everything you've been missing out on and be happy about the bite you've gained and the improved quality of life. With this method, the final dentures come closest to your natural teeth, both aesthetically and functionally.
As part of the All-on-6® implantology therapy concept, missing teeth in the edentulous jaw are replaced by a bridge supported by 6 implants. With 6 implants, this implantology concept offers greater stability for prostheses and bridges than 4 implants. We counsel you openly and honestly and go along with you from the initial consultation, through the planning and insertion of the implants, right through to follow-up treatment.
After successful treatment, you can enjoy everything you had to miss out on before and look forward to your improved bite and an increased quality of life. With this method, the final dentures come closest to your natural teeth, both aesthetically and functionally.
Mini-implants are used to provide prostheses with the necessary support. Many prostheses do not provide adequate support or lose strength over time due to increasing bone loss. This reduction in quality of life can be remedied with mini-implants.
As the name suggests, mini implants are smaller than standard implants. For this reason, interventions can usually be carried out minimally invasively to insert these implants with a diameter of less than 3mm. The implantation does not require a large opening of the oral mucosa. So the very small scars heal more quickly for the patient's comfort.
Dentistry is very advanced, so missing teeth don't have to be accepted these days. Modern dentistry offers the best health and aesthetic alternatives for missing teeth. Missing teeth can be replaced using innovative techniques or technologies such as implants.
We understand how important this is for many people. Therefore we are committed to the quality of our implantations under the highest quality standards and the use of high-quality materials from well-known manufacturers. From the initial consultation through planning to the professional application of the implant, we use the most modern implant systems to ensure your complete satisfaction.
In our dental practice in Offenbach-Bieber we use computer-aided 3D X-ray technology to get the best view of the inside of your teeth and jaw that's possible. By using the latest generation of DVT (digital volume tomography) from orangedental, we can provide a more targeted and accurate diagnosis with the lowest radiation dose. Prior to each implantation, high-precision 3D measurements of the bone are taken using the DVT device.
The precise image can be used to determine whether there is enough bone substance left to plan and carry out the further course of an implantation. This precision gives us the opportunity to work very precisely and minimally invasively.
